Product Overview
The Online Coal Gas Analyzer utilizes proprietary non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analysis technology, long-life electrochemical sensors, and MEMS-based thermal conductivity techniques to simultaneously monitor the calorific value of coal gas and biogas, as well as the volume concentrations of CO, CO2, CH4, H2, O2, CnHm, and other gases. This instrument is widely used in energy industries, providing real-time, precise gas analysis data for industrial production. It replaces traditional combustion calorimeters, improving production efficiency and ensuring gas quality.
Key Features
- Multi-Component Gas Monitoring and Calorific Value Calculation: Simultaneously measures the volume concentrations of CO, CO2, CH4, H2, O2, CnHm, etc., and automatically calculates and displays the calorific value of coal gas and natural gas, offering a replacement for combustion calorimeters.
- High Measurement Accuracy: Advanced multi-component measurement technology ensures no cross-interference between gases (e.g., CnHm does not interfere with CH4 measurement, CO, CO2, and CH4 do not interfere with H2 measurement). The instrument is also unaffected by sampling flow variations, ensuring accuracy.
- High Automation and Low Maintenance: Equipped with a professional pre-treatment system, supporting both digital and analog outputs. The high automation level allows for real-time online monitoring without manual intervention, reducing labor costs.
- Stable Performance: The constant-temperature sensor design eliminates the impact of environmental temperature on infrared sensors, ensuring stable operation. Components in contact with the sample gas are made of heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, such as special stainless steel and PTFE, ensuring long service life and excellent corrosion resistance.
Applications
- Coal Gas and Biogas Monitoring: Widely used for online analysis of coal gas, coke oven gas, natural gas, straw gas, and other gases, ensuring the calorific value and composition meet process requirements.
- Industrial Production Control: Suitable for industries such as chemicals, power, metallurgy, and steel, providing accurate data support for production processes by monitoring gas quality in real time.
- Energy Industry: Used by energy companies to measure the calorific value and gas composition of coal gas, helping monitor and optimize energy use while reducing waste.
- Environmental Monitoring: Monitors emissions during gas usage, supporting environmental goals and ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
