Product Overview
The High-Temperature Ultraviolet Flue Gas Analyzer uses ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy (UV-DOAS) technology combined with hot-wet sampling technology, specifically designed for the direct measurement of high-temperature flue gases. Unlike traditional cold-dry methods, this instrument does not require condensation equipment, preventing the loss of gas components such as SO₂ during condensation and offering higher measurement accuracy. Flue gas can be analyzed directly through a simple flow path, significantly reducing the instrument failure rate and future maintenance needs. It can simultaneously measure SO₂, NO, NO₂, and other gas concentrations in flue gas emissions from fixed pollution sources, making it an ideal choice for environmental monitoring.
Key Features
- High-Temperature Heating Technology: Continuous high-temperature heating prevents the loss of components like SO₂ during condensation, ensuring high-precision measurements.
- No Condensation Equipment Required: Simplifies the analysis process, reducing system failure rates and maintenance requirements.
- Strong Stability: Equipped with a pulse xenon lamp light source, offering high stability and a lifespan of over 5 years.
- UV Differential Absorption Technology: Uses UV-DOAS technology to effectively avoid interference from background factors such as water vapor and dust.
- Long Optical Path Multi-Pass Design: The measurement chamber utilizes long optical path multi-pass technology, lowering detection limits and improving sensitivity.
- No Mechanical Moving Parts: The optical path design features no moving parts, enhancing vibration resistance and stability.
- No Need for NOx Converter: Capable of simultaneously measuring both NO and NO₂ without the need for an additional NOx converter.
Applications
- Fixed Pollution Source Monitoring: Suitable for monitoring flue gases from fixed pollution sources such as chimneys and emission outlets, meeting environmental regulation requirements.
- Power Industry: Widely used for monitoring emissions from thermal power plants and high-temperature flue gases to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Metallurgy Industry: Monitors gas emissions in high-temperature environments like steel mills and aluminum plants.
- Chemical Industry: Used in the monitoring of high-temperature flue gases in petrochemical and coal chemical industries, optimizing emissions control.
Environmental Protection Monitoring: Supports urban and regional air pollution control by providing real-time monitoring of flue gas emissions.
