Product Overview
The Portable Ultraviolet Flue Gas Analyzer combines ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy (DOAS), non-dispersive infrared technology, and long-life electrochemical sensor technology to simultaneously measure multiple gas components in flue gas, including SO₂, NOx, CO, CO₂, O₂, and HC. This instrument is designed for environmental monitoring, energy efficiency monitoring, and environmental scientific research. It can be equipped with optional integrated sampling and heating devices, along with a portable pretreatment device, ensuring that the sampled gas composition remains unchanged during sampling and analysis, thus meeting various detection requirements.
Key Features
- UV Differential Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS): Uses the DOAS algorithm for precise measurement of SO₂ and NO, effectively avoiding interference from moisture and dust, ensuring the accuracy of ultra-low emission monitoring.
- Non-Dispersive Infrared Dual-Beam Technology: CO, CO₂, O₂, and other gases are measured using non-dispersive infrared dual-beam analysis technology, which eliminates cross-interference between gases, providing high measurement accuracy and long sensor lifespan.
- Multi-Gas Measurement: Capable of simultaneously measuring multiple gases (SO₂, NOx, CO, CO₂, O₂, HC), providing comprehensive analytical support for environmental monitoring and emission control.
- Optional Sampling and Pretreatment Devices: Offers integrated sampling and heating systems, paired with a portable pretreatment device to effectively filter dust, remove moisture, and control flow, ensuring gas sampling meets the required standards without altering its composition and ensuring analysis precision.
- High Accuracy and Stability: The advanced technology and optimized design offer high precision and stability, making the instrument suitable for continuous measurement in harsh environmental conditions.
Applications
- Environmental Monitoring: Ideal for environmental monitoring stations, industrial emission testing, and other settings, providing real-time monitoring of multiple gas components in flue gas to ensure emissions meet environmental standards.
- Energy Efficiency Monitoring and Detection: Widely used in boiler and gas equipment energy efficiency improvement projects, optimizing combustion processes and improving energy utilization through flue gas composition analysis.
- Ultra-Low Emission Monitoring: Especially suitable for industries with strict low-emission standards, such as coal-fired power plants and steel metallurgy, for monitoring ultra-low emission gases.
- Environmental Scientific Research: Provides accurate flue gas composition data for research institutions, supporting atmospheric pollution studies and research on climate change and other environmental fields.
