Product Overview
The Laser Raman Spectroscopy Gas Analyzer is a new generation gas analyzer based on laser Raman scattering principles. By optimizing the optical path and structure, the instrument has a compact, portable design. It enhances, collects, and processes the characteristic Raman spectra of gases, enabling real-time qualitative and quantitative analysis of multiple gas components with a response time in seconds, eliminating the need for lengthy waits. The analyzer can measure gases including H₂, N₂, O₂, CO, CO₂, CH₄, and H₂S.
Key Features
- Real-Time Online Monitoring: Provides comprehensive, continuous monitoring of gases throughout industrial processes.
- Multi-Component Detection: Capable of measuring multiple gases such as H₂, N₂, O₂, CO, CO₂, CH₄, H₂S, and more.
- High Interference Resistance: Uses Raman gas fingerprint spectrum technology to minimize cross-interference among gases.
- Wide Measurement Range: Supports gas concentration measurements across a full 0-100% range.
- Smart User Interface: Features a full touchscreen display with data visualization, supporting external PC keyboards for ease of use.
- Low Maintenance Cost: Requires no carrier gases or consumables, ensuring low long-term operational costs.
- Fast Response: Responds in less than 30 seconds, suitable for conditions needing quick feedback.
- Integrated Monitoring: Supports real-time, multi-point cyclic detection, meeting the needs of complex industrial environments.
