Product Introduction
The Fixed Pollution Source Hydrochloric Acid Mist Sampling Gun is designed to collect hydrochloric acid (HCl) mist from emissions of fixed pollution sources. The device features full heating and temperature control to maintain a stable temperature throughout the sampling process, preventing sample condensation. Solid HCl mist is collected through a 47mm PTFE filter membrane, while gaseous HCl mist is collected using two 75ml impact absorption bottles in series. The device also supports real-time measurement of smoke flow rate and temperature. It is widely used in environmental protection, public health, scientific research, and other fields.

- Heating and Temperature Control: Both the sampling head and body are equipped with heating control to ensure a temperature of 110°C ±10°C, effectively preventing condensation and ensuring sampling accuracy.
- Precise Sampling: Solid HCl mist is collected through a 47mm PTFE filter membrane, while gaseous HCl mist is captured through two 75ml impact absorption bottles, ensuring precise sampling.
- Corrosion Resistance: The sampling gas path uses PTFE material, providing excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for long-term collection of hydrochloric acid mist.
- Real-Time Monitoring: The device is equipped with a PT100 temperature sensor and pitot tube, enabling real-time measurement of smoke flow rate and temperature during sampling.
- Flexible Configuration: The standard sampling gun length is 1.5 meters, and it can be customized according to user requirements. It also includes an adjustable-height gun stand for easy operation and sampling.
