Product Overview
The Automotive Exhaust Flow Analyzer combines ultrasonic and vortex street principles to accurately measure the diluted exhaust flow from motor vehicles. It also uses a zirconia sensor to measure the concentration of the diluted gases. As a key component of the Vehicle Emission Monitoring and Analysis System (VMAS), this analyzer precisely measures the flow rate, pressure, temperature, and diluted oxygen concentration of exhaust gases from gasoline engines. It fully complies with the technical requirements of national standard GB 18285-2018 for Gasoline Vehicle Pollutant Emission Limits and Measurement Methods (Dual-idle and Simplified Operating Conditions Methods).
Key Features
- Combination of Ultrasonic and Vortex Street Principles: The use of both ultrasonic and vortex street principles ensures high-precision exhaust flow measurements, guaranteeing stability and accuracy of the data.
- High-Precision Zirconia Sensor: The zirconia sensor accurately measures the oxygen concentration in diluted exhaust gases, enhancing the precision of the analysis.
- Stability and High Precision: Exceptional stability and high measurement accuracy ensure reliable data over long periods of operation.
- Anti-Vibration Performance: Designed with excellent anti-vibration features, the analyzer operates stably in vehicle environments, unaffected by vibrations.
- Strong Durability: With a long lifespan and robust design, the analyzer is built to withstand various vehicle emission testing conditions, ensuring long-term reliability.
Applications
- Automotive Emission Testing: Widely used in vehicle emission testing stations to accurately measure exhaust flow and related parameters, ensuring compliance with the latest emission standards.
- Vehicle Environmental Inspection: Suitable for measuring exhaust flow and other related data during vehicle annual inspections, ensuring that vehicles meet emission standards.
- Vehicle Emission Monitoring System: As a core component of the VMAS system, it provides precise exhaust flow data to support real-time monitoring and environmental protection.
- Automotive Research and Testing: Used in automotive R&D, manufacturing, and quality control to perform comprehensive measurements of exhaust flow and pollutant concentrations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
