Product Introduction
The Fixed Pollution Source Hydrogen Chloride Sampling Gun is designed for collecting hydrogen chloride (HCl) emissions from fixed pollution sources. The device uses full heating and temperature control technology to ensure that the gas does not condense during sampling, thereby maintaining the accuracy of the collection process. Solid HCl is collected using a 47mm PTFE filter membrane, while gaseous HCl is collected using two 75ml impact absorption bottles connected in series. During the sampling process, the device can simultaneously measure the smoke flow rate and temperature. It is widely applied in environmental protection, public health, and safety monitoring.
Product Features
- Heating Technology: Both the gun head and body are heated with precise temperature control, maintaining the temperature at 110°C ±10°C to avoid condensation, ensuring accurate sample collection.
- Precise Collection: Solid HCl is captured through a 47mm PTFE filter membrane, while gaseous HCl is captured via two 75ml impact absorption bottles, ensuring effective and accurate sampling.
- Real-Time Monitoring: Equipped with a PT100 temperature sensor and pitot tube, the device measures the smoke flow rate and temperature during sampling, providing real-time data.
- Corrosion-Resistant Materials: The sampling gas pathway is made from PTFE, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for long-term sampling of hydrogen chloride.
- Flexible Configuration: The standard gun body length is 1 meter, but custom lengths can be made to meet different sampling requirements. The adjustable-height gun stand facilitates easy sampling and operation.
- Digital Display: The temperature is displayed digitally, making operation simple and allowing temperature settings to be adjusted to suit different sampling needs.
Application Fields
- Environmental Monitoring: Used for monitoring hydrogen chloride emissions from fixed pollution sources, assisting environmental authorities in enforcing environmental protection regulations.
- Public Health & Safety Supervision: Applicable in health and safety monitoring departments for detecting hydrogen chloride emissions and ensuring public safety.
- Scientific Research & Education: Used in research laboratories and educational institutions for hydrogen chloride-related studies and teaching activities.
- Industrial Applications: Widely used in the chemical, metallurgy, and other industrial sectors for monitoring and controlling hydrogen chloride emissions, helping enterprises comply with environmental discharge standards.
