Product Overview
The LCO₂ cryogenic hose is an efficient solution for transporting low-temperature liquids, specifically designed for substances such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and liquid argon. This hose is constructed with dual-layer stainless steel metal materials, featuring a core layer of high-efficiency multi-layer insulation composite material that maintains a high vacuum state. This design effectively reduces cold loss and ensures optimal insulation during the transportation of cryogenic liquids. Its flexibility and easy connection design make it suitable for various industrial applications.
Product Features
- Low Heat Leakage: The heat leakage value is only 0.05 to 0.035 times that of traditional insulated pipelines, significantly saving energy and reducing costs.
- Long Service Life: The mechanical service life can reach 10 to 15 years, while the vacuum lifespan lasts up to 5 to 10 years, reducing maintenance frequency and costs.
- Easy Installation: Offers three connection methods—vacuum slip-joint, flange, and welding—to accommodate different installation needs.
- Simple Maintenance: Equipped with a specialized vacuum suction-type block valve to ensure the explosion-proof effect of the inner and outer pipe layers, facilitating easy maintenance.
- High Flexibility: With a small bending radius, the hose can be customized in length according to user requirements, making it convenient for on-site operations.
Applications
- Liquid Loading and Unloading: Ideal for quick connections and discharges in liquid transport vehicles, reducing liquid vaporization loss.
- Storage Tank and Cryogenic Equipment Connection: Enables hard connections between storage tanks and cryogenic equipment, ensuring efficient transfer.
- LNG Terminal and Unloading Transport: Widely used for loading and unloading transport pipelines at LNG terminals.
- Cryogenic Environment for Superconducting Cables: Provides the necessary low-temperature transport solution for superconducting cables.
