Product Overview
The Ultraviolet Flue Gas Analyzer (Ultra-Low Range) uses high-precision ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy (UV-DOAS) gas analysis technology to measure SO₂, NO, NO₂, O₂, and other flue gas components in real-time. It is specifically designed to meet the demands of ultra-low emissions monitoring. The analyzer employs a multi-pass gas chamber and optimized absorption peak algorithms to ensure high sensitivity, low cross-interference, and stable measurement performance. It is suitable for monitoring industrial flue gas emissions across various applications.
Key Features
- High-Performance Measurement: Using UV-DOAS technology, it delivers a linear error of ≤2% F.S. and a response time (T90) of ≤30s, providing fast and stable readings.
- Excellent Stability: Temperature control reduces the impact of temperature fluctuations on measurements, while the imported xenon lamp offers long life and high stability.
- Precise Algorithm: Equipped with an interference compensation algorithm to minimize cross-interference between multiple gas components, ensuring accurate measurements.
- Multiple Output Interfaces: Supports RS232/485 serial outputs, meeting environmental data collection requirements.
- Reliable Sample Gas Management: Comes with a dust filter, making it suitable for dust-containing industrial environments.
Applications
- Environmental Monitoring: Used for ultra-low emissions monitoring in industries like power generation, chemicals, and cement, ensuring compliance with emission standards.
- Industrial Emissions Control: Helps companies monitor and control pollutant emissions in real-time to meet environmental regulations.
- Research and Laboratory Use: Ideal for flue gas analysis research in academic institutions and scientific laboratories.
