Product Overview
The Portable Integrated Flue Gas Analyzer is a high-precision instrument equipped with non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas sensors and electrochemical gas sensors, designed for gas analysis needs in industrial sites and laboratories. It features a compact and portable design, with an integrated temperature measurement sampling gun for direct measurement of flue gas components like SO₂, NO, CO, CO₂, O₂, and gas temperature. The instrument also calculates the excess air ratio to provide crucial information for adjusting boiler combustion conditions. Offering an efficient and accurate solution for flue gas analysis, this analyzer is widely used in environmental monitoring and industrial boiler optimization.
Key Features
- Portable Design: Compact and lightweight, making it ideal for both industrial field use and laboratory environments. The integrated sampling gun with temperature measurement is easy to carry and operate.
- High Measurement Accuracy: Uses NDIR and electrochemical gas sensors (ECD) to accurately measure a range of flue gas components such as SO₂, NO, CO, CO₂, O₂, without cross-interference between gases.
- Smart Power Management: Features an internal soft-start power switch to prevent misoperation during low battery conditions, ensuring stable operation.
- Data Management: Automatically stores measurement data, with query and deletion capabilities. Supports data transfer to a centralized control system via multiple interfaces.
- Low Operating Costs: Does not require chemical reagents, installation, or consumables, reducing long-term usage costs.
- Fast Response: Provides rapid data acquisition with a response time of T90 < 20 seconds, allowing quick access to flue gas component information.
- Built-in Sampling Pump: Enhances gas sampling efficiency, ensuring continuous and stable measurements.
Applications
- Boiler Combustion Adjustment: Ideal for industrial boilers, thermal power plants, and similar facilities to monitor and adjust combustion conditions, improving boiler efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
- Environmental Monitoring: Used for monitoring flue gas emissions at factories, power plants, sewage treatment plants, etc., ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Industrial Production: Widely applied in industries such as chemical, metallurgy, petroleum, and steel for flue gas detection and emissions monitoring, providing data support and optimization recommendations.
- Laboratory Analysis: Suitable for gas analysis and research in laboratory environments, meeting high-accuracy gas concentration measurement needs.
- Outdoor Portable Detection: Convenient for temporary gas detection in open, remote, or locations where fixed equipment installation is impractical.
