Product Overview
The Portable Gas Analyzer for Coal Gas utilizes advanced non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analysis technology, long-life electrochemical sensors, and MEMS-based thermal conductivity technology. It is capable of measuring the calorific value of coal gas and biogas, and analyzing the volume concentrations of gases such as CO, CO2, CH4, H2, O2, CnHm, among others. This portable instrument is ideal for real-time industrial field detection and laboratory sampling analysis, efficiently replacing traditional combustion calorimeters for coal and natural gas calorific value measurement.
Key Features
- Multi-Gas and Calorific Value Measurement: Simultaneously measures the concentration of CO, CO2, CH4, H2, O2, CnHm, etc., and automatically calculates and displays the calorific value of coal and natural gas, replacing traditional combustion calorimeters.
- High Measurement Accuracy: Measurement of multiple gas components does not interfere with each other. For example, CnHm does not affect the CH4 measurement, and CO, CO2, and CH4 do not interfere with H2 measurements, ensuring accuracy.
- Portable Design: The compact and lightweight design makes it ideal for use in both industrial sites and laboratory sampling analysis, offering ease of portability.
- Intelligent Power Management: Features an internal battery management system that ensures soft-start power and prevents operation under low battery conditions, extending the product's service life.
- Simplified Data Management: Automatically stores measurement data, supporting query, deletion, and multi-interface data transmission, facilitating centralized management.
- Low Operating Cost: No need for disassembly, installation, or consumption of chemical reagents. The simple operation and lack of consumables reduce the cost compared to traditional gas analysis technologies.
Applications
- Coal Gas and Natural Gas Monitoring: Widely used for field detection and analysis of coal, natural, and biogas, particularly in the measurement of calorific value and gas composition in coke oven gas, mixed coal gas, and other fuels.
- Industrial Sites: Suitable for combustion process monitoring in industries such as power generation, petrochemical, and chemicals, helping to improve fuel efficiency and save energy.
- Laboratory Analysis: Used for gas sampling analysis in laboratories, ensuring precise measurement of coal gas and fuel gas components.
- Environmental Monitoring: Employed by environmental departments for monitoring CO, CO2, H2, and other components in exhaust gases to ensure compliance with emission standards.
- Energy Management: Helps companies track real-time fuel calorific values, optimize energy management, and reduce energy consumption.
