Product Overview
The Infrared Gas Analyzer (Explosion-Proof Type) uses independently developed Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) gas analysis technology and long-life electrochemical sensor technology. It can simultaneously measure the volumetric concentrations of gases such as CO, CO2, CH4, C3H8, O2, H2S, and others in real-time. Equipped with pre-treatment components, the analyzer effectively handles harsh field conditions, including moisture and dust. Its explosion-proof design ensures safe operation in flammable and explosive environments, making it widely applicable in industrial gas monitoring to ensure process safety.
Key Features
- Explosion-Proof Design: The analyzer features an explosion-proof shell and flameproof design, ensuring the outer casing can withstand pressure and prevent flame penetration in the event of an explosion. Ideal for use in hazardous environments.
- High-Accuracy Measurement: Capable of measuring multiple gas components simultaneously without cross-interference between gases, ensuring precise measurement results. Equipped with a self-diagnostic function to monitor the sensor's status in real-time for stable operation.
- Strong Stability: The analyzer uses a dual-channel sensor design, offering stable performance. All parts in contact with the sample gas are made from heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant materials (such as special stainless steel and PTFE).
- High Automation: With a professional pre-treatment system, the analyzer operates with high automation, requiring no manual supervision. It supports real-time online monitoring, reducing the need for human intervention and maintenance costs.
- Easy Data Management: Supports multiple data transmission interfaces, simplifying integration into higher-level control systems and streamlining data management.
Applications
- Oil and Gas: Real-time monitoring of harmful gas concentrations during oil and gas extraction and refining, ensuring safe operations.
- Chemical Industry: Monitors gases during chemical reactions, preventing gas leaks and incomplete reactions.
- Power Generation: Monitors gas emissions during combustion in power plants, improving combustion efficiency and reducing emissions.
- Mining: Used in mines and other high-risk locations to ensure gas concentrations stay within safe limits, protecting workers' health.
- Environmental Monitoring: Widely applied in environmental monitoring, tracking exhaust gas emissions to ensure compliance with national discharge standards and reduce pollution.
